Kapolei Judiciary Complex

The $115 million Kapolei Judiciary Complex consists of three separate structures: a four-story court building with 13 courtrooms, a central plant and a juvenile detention facility, all connected by secure modes of egress both vertically and horizontally. The intensive security demanded in all buildings required painstaking construction methods to ensure safety for juvenile detainees and the public.
