WHO WE ARE
Founded in 1990, Unlimited Construction is an entirely locally-owned company committed to building lasting relationships through safety, timeliness, productivity and quality in Hawaii. Our clients and subcontractors have direct access to the executive management team with at least one member of the executive team participating on each project. Unlimited Construction has successfully constructed a variety of projects throughout Hawaii and specializes in residential, commercial, resort, institutional, industrial building and general contracting.

OUR SERVICES
Preconstruction – We understand and value the importance of partnering with Owners early on in the contracting process. Unlimited Construction prides itself on managing and being a pro-active force on the project team with the goal of bringing the project within the client’s budget and time schedule. We have extensive experience in design-assist and design-build methods and can provide a full range of preconstruction services.
Construction – In our 31+ years of successfully completing numerous projects throughout Hawaii, our diversified resume of executed work speaks for itself. We specialize in multi-family, residential, resort, commercial and industrial building general contracting.
Equipment – Aloha Equipment Rental was created to offer a diverse array of construction equipment for our projects. Owning our own equipment allows us to provide our clients with the best equipment pricing and availability.
