HAWAII'S PREMIER BUILDER
Peter Robson attended University of Washington and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Having started his career in Washington, he moved to Hawaii where he worked for Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company for nine years. He then started his own business and founded Unlimited Construction Services, Inc. in 1990. Mr. Robson has been in the construction industry since 1978 and continues to be an integral part of Unlimited Construction as Chairman of the Board.

Randy Finlay attended California Polytechnic State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He started his career working at Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company for a couple of years and then worked for Fletcher Pacific Corporation for 12 years. Mr. Finlay moved to Unlimited Construction in 2000 and is now also Chairman of the Board.

Jay Manzano attended University of Maryland and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. His career started at Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company where he worked a couple of years and then worked at Dick Pacific Construction for 13 years. Mr. Manzano began working for Unlimited Construction in 2001 and moved up the ranks from Project Manager to President and Chairman of the Board as of January 2022.
Jason Thon attended Minnesota State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration. Having worked in construction through college, Mr. Thon had a head start in his career. He continued to work in Minnesota for a short stint after graduating then moved to Hawaii to work for Unlimited Construction. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Thon has been promoted from Project Engineer to Executive Vice President and in 2022 became President.
Executive Vice President of Operations
Kuulei Gaisoa started her career in the financial industry and worked for a landscape contractor for 12 years. She then moved to Unlimited Construction in 2006 and has been an integral part working in various departments ranging from estimating, project engineering, safety, IT and finance. As Executive Vice President of Operations, she oversees Accounting, Human Resources, Safety and IT departments implementing company policies and procedures.

Brett Schmauch attended Washington State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Real Estate with Magna Cum Laude honors. He started his career in Washington working for Lydig Construction Company and Camwest Development, Inc. over the course of four years. He then moved to Hawaii in 2004 to work for Unlimited Construction originally starting as a Project Engineer and is now Executive Vice President.
