Peter Robson
Chairman
Peter Robson obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington. With a career spanning back to 1978, he has been a stalwart presence in the construction industry. In 1990, Peter founded Unlimited Construction Services, Inc., and to this day, he plays a crucial role as the Chairman of the Board at Unlimited Construction.
Randy Finlay
Board of Directors
Randy Finlay earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Randy joined Unlimited Construction 25 years ago, bringing a wealth of expertise to the company.
Jay Manzano
Board of Directors
Jay Manzano is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Maryland. With a remarkable 40 years of experience in the construction field, Jay embarked on his career journey with Unlimited Construction in 2001. Progressing through various roles, he ascended from Project Manager to President, and presently serves as a director on the board.
Jason Thon
President
Jason Thon graduated from Minnesota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. Building on his early experience in construction during college, Mr. Thon kickstarted his career. After a brief period working in Minnesota following graduation, he made the move to Hawaii to join Unlimited Construction. Over the course of the last 18 years, Mr. Thon has climbed the ranks, progressing from Project Engineer to achieving the position of President in 2022.
Kuulei Gaisoa
Executive Vice President of Operations
Kuulei Gaisoa, born into a contracting family, joined Unlimited Construction in 2006. Since then, she has been a key contributor in various departments such as estimating, project engineering, safety, IT, and finance. In her current role as the Executive Vice President, Kuulei oversees crucial aspects of the company, including Accounting, Human Resources, Safety, IT, and the Equipment departments. Her multifaceted expertise makes her an integral leader within Unlimited Construction.
Brett Schmauch
Executive Vice President
Brett Schmauch is a distinguished graduate of Washington State University, holding both a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Real Estate, with Magna Cum Laude honors. Relocating to Hawaii in 2004, Brett commenced his career with Unlimited Construction as a Project Engineer. Over the years, he has ascended through the ranks and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President.
