Design-Assist
Unlimited Construction fully understands the Design-Assist method of project delivery. Our approach is based on a proven “Partnering” concept that has been implemented in all of our most successful projects. We understand the importance of the Owner, Architect, Engineers and Contractor recognizing and identifying their common goals and achieving them through cooperation, collaboration and open communication. Design-assist delivery is especially effective if initiated during the early stages of design, where the Owner can realize the greatest potential for overall added-value cost savings and an accelerated construction schedule.
Design-Build
Unlimited Construction offers a fully integrated and cohesive design-build program that provides the Owner a continual, single source of responsibility throughout the design and construction process. Similar to our successful design-assist “Partnering” approach, Unlimited Construction’s experienced team of pre-construction personnel, project managers and superintendents specialize in working with owners, developers, architects and consultants from the formative design concept through construction phases to achieve common project goals set for quality, budget, schedule, programming and functional as well as aesthetic design.
