JN Velocity Honolulu
Completed: December 2017
New designated area for luxury and exotic car dealerships at Symphony Tower in the heart of Honolulu. This space occupies portions of the 1st floor, mezzanine and 2nd, 3rd and 6th floors of the tower podium. It also included rough ins for a restaurant, auto sales floors, vehicle service area and car wash.
Ka Makana Ali'i Consolidated Theatres
Completed: September 2016
New 8-plex luxury theater and commercial kitchen, featuring leather recliners with swiveling tables & drink holders and a full-service patio. At the time the project was completed it was the largest movie screen in the state.
Fifty Three By The Sea
Completed: August 2012
An 18,825 sq. ft. two-story replacement structure designed as a three-part building with the ground floor as a central element for restaurant “Fifty Three By The Sea” and service facilities and two 2nd floor elements on the north and south ends for multi-purpose hospitality functions. Stunning views are captured from a grand staircase, full bar and wedding chapels.

New shopping center with two separate buildings in Metro Honolulu. Project includes retail, outdoor dining, and commercial spaces on the second floor. The elevated podium housing was constructed of a cast-in-place concrete long-span beam system which is the second Safeway in the country built with that configuration.

Completed: July 2009
New 34,500-square-foot 2-story commercial project on a 30,000-square-foot site that is home to new Hard Rock Cafe. First LEED accredited retail complex in Waikiki.
Shops at Kukui'ula
Completed: May 2009
Eleven new independent commercial buildings designed for retail, restaurant and office use, along with five additional ancillary buildings. All of the finishes match the overall vintage Hawaiian architecture and complementary landscaping and hardscape improvements.
