Kilauea Culvert DOT Emergency Repairs
Kauai
Completed: March 2012
New concrete culvert with precast and conventional concrete placement for HDOT. This emergency replacement was done after heavy rains washed out the roadway. Multiple crews worked long hours to allow the road to reopen within weeks.
Wailua Cane Haul Bridge
Kauai
Completed: September 2012
Demolition of a single lane plantation bridge with replacement of 510 foot 2-lane Acrow panel prefabricated metal bridge. Also consists of road widening, retaining and barrier walls, relocating utilities, adding bike lanes and improving traffic signals.
Piwai Water Tank
Kauai
Completed: January 2012
New construction of 500,000 gallon storage tank and connecting pipeline. Engineered and installed an atmospheric control valve and upgraded SCADA system to allow multiple tanks to function under the same control center.
Omao Water Tank
Kauai
Completed: December 2006
Demolition of the existing 200,000 gallon water tank and removal of the tank’s asbestos-containing roof panels. New construction of a 500,000 gallon water tank and Control Valve Station.

New two-story administration building to replace an aging DOW facility. Project includes a public lobby, offices, and conference rooms and also features a self-sustaining demonstration garden with natural and local sustainable plants. This building to act as a emergency response facility for the island of Kauai.
Kaikea Fire Station (Kealia)

Completed: September 2010
New fire station composed of pre-engineered metal building. Kauai’s first fire station featuring separate men and women areas.
Ronald T. Y. Moon Judiciary
Oahu
Completed: November 2009
New 200,000 sq. ft. pre-cast concrete facility consisting of 3 separate structures. This includes a four-story structures with 13 court rooms, central plant, and juvenile detention facility consisting of an entire food service kitchen, dining and food storage area.
National Tropical Botanical Garden Research Center

Completed: February 2008
New 20,000 square feet concrete structure consisting of administrative offices and research and education facilities.
